- Air conditioning, fridges, TV in the rooms;
- Cleaning service every day; towels and sheets changed frequently.
The maisonette:

- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each
- open plan kitchen & living room
- 2 bathrooms (each bedroom has its own bathroom)
- several balconies & terraces
- Air conditioning
- Satellite TV
- bed for 5th person can be added
- cleaning 1x a week and changing of towels and sheets every 4 days
